
Small Equipment
I often use small equipment and love to mix things up. These include:

Two hand weights (any you already have). I like weighted balls - These are 900g (order two) or find lighter ones on Amazon (usually sold in pairs).

A Pilates overball (my favourite!)

A long, medium resistance band

Loop band (or, just tie up your resistance band)

Small cushion for relaxation / support - grab one from your sofa

Foam Block - this is a small 'head cushion' which can be used for assistance in roll ups (place under lower back), under pelvis in seated work, knees in four point kneeling, under hip for side work, and also support for head.

Other Classes
Private one to ones or semi-privates are available, discounted for website members. Please contact me for pricing and availability - this is suggested to do periodically if you live near enough, check your form in person, break down any moves you're struggling with, we can go through a basic class and have time for questions and discussions. Grab a friend and make it a semi-private.
