Welcome to Pilates with Louise,
I’m a mum of three teen boys in my mid forties, and I have a true passion for Pilates matwork.
I have created this website in order to make it easier for my clients to access On Demand content anytime, anywhere, as well as enjoy my Live Class offering.
I love teaching Pilates, helping people feel stronger, stretched, and more in control of their amazing bodies and minds.

Pilates is a magical method of movement and we always focus on the key principles: Concentration, Control, Centre, Precision, Flow and Breath.
